PLAZA DE ESPAÑA- MADRID
La Plaza de España es una de las mayores y más populares plazas de Madrid. En un día soleado está llena de vendedores ambulantes, turistas y locales al aire libre.
La Plaza está situada al final de la preciosa calle Gran Vía, una de las calles más ocupadas. La gran plaza está rodeada de calles, pero aún así es un lugar muy relajante en un día laborable. La plaza tiene una gran fuente y una famosa estatua en honor al escritor Español Cervantes.
Los edificios más emblemáticos de esta Plaza son dos: El Edificio de España (1947-1953) y la Torre de Madrid (1957), que fué el edificio más alto de Madrid hasta que se construyó la Torre Picasso en el año 1989.
